Your data is processed to: manage the booking request and contractual relationship (basis: performance of contract); respond to assistance requests (basis: legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations (basis: compliance with legal obligations). Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, booking management) acting as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, and with competent authorities where required by law.
Retention
Booking data is retained for the time necessary to perform the contract and comply with tax and accounting obligations (normally 10 years). Contact request data is deleted within 12 months of receipt, unless retention is necessary to assert or defend a right.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or deletion, restrict its processing, object to processing and request portability, pursuant to Arts. 15–22 GDPR.
